Where these two actually differ

• We flag VOC off-gassing from polyurethane memory foam, Foam degradation and microparticle release and Formaldehyde in fabric finishes or bonding agents on the Casper and not on the Orvis.
• We flag Polyester microplastics (if cover damaged), Off-gassing from polyester fill or synthetic dyes, Waterproofing chemistry (undisclosed) and Bacterial or mold growth if not maintained on the Orvis and not on the Casper.
• The Casper is Plush memory foam core, polyester/poly blend fabric cover where the Orvis is polyester fill, polyester/cotton cover, which is most of the difference in these two grades.
• These two are level, close enough that price and fit should decide it rather than our grade.
