Where these two actually differ

• We flag Silicone elastomer degradation under prolonged high heat and Mold or bacterial growth if stored wet on the Fat Daddio's and not on the Kitchenaid.
• We flag Silicone leaching (oligomers, cyclic dimethylsiloxanes), Thermal degradation and off-gassing and Bacterial or mold growth if trapped moisture on the Kitchenaid and not on the Fat Daddio's.
• The Fat Daddio's is silicone (elastomer) where the Kitchenaid is Silicone (elastomer), which is most of the difference in these two grades.
• These two are level, close enough that price and fit should decide it rather than our grade.
