Where these two actually differ

• We flag Silicone buildup (cosmetic, not toxicological) on the Pantene and not on the Verb.
• We flag 1,4-dioxane contamination, Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives and Scalp or eye irritation from residue on the Verb and not on the Pantene.
• Both carry a flag for Fragrance allergens, so neither choice avoids it.
• The Pantene is aqueous conditioning cream; typical surfactants, silicones, emollients where the Verb is water-based conditioner, likely water and natural/synthetic polymers, which is most of the difference in these two grades.
• These two are level, close enough that price and fit should decide it rather than our grade.
