Where these two actually differ

• We flag Mineral oil or ink migration from paper and Mold or bacterial growth from moisture ingress on the Purina Pro Plan and not on the Best Breed.
• We flag Polymer pouch leachables (BPA, phthalates, or other plasticizers), Microbial growth if seal is compromised, Aluminum foil layer in pouch (if present) and aluminum from ingredients and Inadequate disclosure of packaging composition and testing on the Best Breed and not on the Purina Pro Plan.
• The Purina Pro Plan is paper/kraft outer bag with likely polyethylene inner lining (food contact) where the Best Breed is wet pet food in sealed pouch/tray packaging, which is most of the difference in these two grades.
• These two are level, close enough that price and fit should decide it rather than our grade.
