• We flag Mineral oil or ink migration from paper and Mold or bacterial growth from moisture ingress on the Purina Pro Plan and not on the Open Farm.
• We flag Polymer liner degradation and microplastic shedding, Moisture barrier failure and mold contamination and Insect or pest contamination via packaging gaps on the Open Farm and not on the Purina Pro Plan.
• The Purina Pro Plan is paper/kraft outer bag with likely polyethylene inner lining (food contact) where the Open Farm is paper/cardboard bag with inner polymer coating (likely polyethylene), which is most of the difference in these two grades.
• These two are level, close enough that price and fit should decide it rather than our grade.
