Oil Less Fryer Air Fryer 16 Quart Replacement Clear Glass vs 1.9-Quart Compact Oil-Less Fryer: which is safer?

Where these two actually differ

• We flag Thermal shock and fracture and Edge chipping and glass fragments on the Big Boss and not on the Farberware.
• We flag Nonstick coating degradation and particle release and Thermal decomposition of coating (unspecified chemistry) on the Farberware and not on the Big Boss.
• The Big Boss is borosilicate glass, bare uncoated where the Farberware is Nonstick-coated cooking chamber, composition unspecified, which is most of the difference in these two grades.
• The gap is 60 points, wide enough that this is not a close call, and the Big Boss is the one to buy.
• We are less certain about the Farberware grade, at 35% confidence against 95%, because it discloses less.
