Where these two actually differ

• We flag Bacterial growth in spent cartridges, Polypropylene stress fractures under thermal or pressure stress and Cartridge bypass or seal degradation on the Aqua Pure and not on the Filtrete.
• We flag Bacterial or mold growth in unmaintained filter media, Housing plastic degradation and leaching and Pressure relief valve or seal failure on the Filtrete and not on the Aqua Pure.
• The Aqua Pure is polypropylene filter housing, carbon/sediment cartridge where the Filtrete is Activated carbon and sediment filter media, which is most of the difference in these two grades.
