Where these two actually differ

• We flag Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) from polyurethane foam and adhesives, Flame retardants (composition and type unknown), Formaldehyde in wood frame finishes and adhesives and Foam degradation with age and wear leading to particle shedding on the Ashley Furniture and not on the Restoration Hardware.
• We flag Volatile organic compound (VOC) off-gassing from foam and adhesives, Formaldehyde emission from particleboard frame components or fabric backing, Leather finish toxicity (chromium, azo dyes, heavy metal pigments) and Stain and soil-resistant chemical treatment (PFAS family) on the Restoration Hardware and not on the Ashley Furniture.
