Where these two actually differ

• We flag Chlorine bleach residue, Polypropylene core degradation and microplastic shedding and Allergens or skin irritants from fragrance or perfume on the BetterCare and not on the Tranquility.
• We flag Chlorine bleaching byproducts (dioxins) and Allergens in fragrance or additives on the Tranquility and not on the BetterCare.
• The BetterCare is cellulose, cotton, polypropylene core (typical for pads) where the Tranquility is Cellulose, rayon, cotton absorbent core (standard pad materials), which is most of the difference in these two grades.
• These two are level, close enough that price and fit should decide it rather than our grade.
