Where these two actually differ
- We flag VOC off-gassing from polyurethane foam and cover finish, Bacterial or mold growth in foam if dampness occurs and Microplastics shedding from polyester cover on the Casper and not on the Heyday.
- We flag Microplastic shedding from microfiber and Seam integrity and fill degradation over time on the Heyday and not on the Casper.
- The Casper is polyurethane memory foam, polyester cover with smooth-touch finish where the Heyday is Polyester microfiber with recycled polyester fill, which is most of the difference in these two grades.
- These two are level, close enough that price and fit should decide it rather than our grade.
Both products run through the same public rubric, which covers materials, coatings, brand disclosure, lab findings, and recalls, plus a beyond-PFAS hazard analysis. Grades are model-based estimates, not lab tests. How grades work →
