Signature Non Stick Parchment Paper vs Baking Paper, Parchment, 70 Square Feet: which is safer?

Where these two actually differ

• We flag Non-stick coating composition (undisclosed), Thermal degradation and fume release, Coating migration to food and Microplastic/coating particulate shedding on the Kirkland and not on the If You Care.
• We flag Paper degradation and particulate shedding on the If You Care and not on the Kirkland.
• The Kirkland is paper with unspecified silicone or fluoropolymer non-stick coating where the If You Care is silicone-coated parchment paper, which is most of the difference in these two grades.
• The gap is 70 points, wide enough that this is not a close call, and the If You Care is the one to buy.
• We are less certain about the Kirkland grade, at 45% confidence against 82%, because it discloses less.
