Where these two actually differ

• We flag PFAS in grease-resistant coating, Silicone migration, Thermal degradation of coating and Microplastics from shedding on the Parchment Paper by Glad and not on the Parchment Paper by Kroger.
• We flag PFAS in silicone coating (separate grade), Silicone coating degradation and microparticle release, Chlorine residue (if bleached paper base) and Off-gassing or thermal decomposition at high heat on the Parchment Paper by Kroger and not on the Parchment Paper by Glad.
• The Parchment Paper by Glad is bleached paper with silicone and grease-resistant coating where the Parchment Paper by Kroger is silicone-coated paper, grease-resistant treatment unspecified, which is most of the difference in these two grades.
• These two are level, close enough that price and fit should decide it rather than our grade.
