What Chefman says and does about PFAS
Chefman’s own California AB 1200 disclosure lists polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE, as an intentionally added chemical in its air fryer pot, rack and dip tray, and records that entry as PFAS. The same filing covers the air fryer gasket, the Teflon lined inner pots of its deep fryers, a rice cooker, its convection microwaves and its warming tray baking sheets. That is the company’s own regulatory filing rather than anything we inferred from the product listing.
