What Gymshark says and does about PFAS
Gymshark publishes no PFAS or chemical restriction policy that we could find. Its sustainability pages are built around climate, ethical sourcing and circularity, and do not mention PFAS, PFCs, restricted substances or water repellent finishes. Attorneys working with ClassAction.org did open an investigation into whether Gymshark, Nike and Fabletics leggings contained PFAS, and closed it in January 2022 without filing a suit.
