What Plackers says and does about PFAS
Plackers markets its Micro Mint line as floss fiber made without PTFE. Its FAQ says most Plackers flossers use Super Tuffloss and names GentleSlide as a separate technology, but it does not say what either fiber is made from and does not mention PTFE or PFAS anywhere. So the without-PTFE claim is made for one line, not for the range.

- Brand statementPlackers’ FAQ says most of its flossers are made with Super Tuffloss high-performance floss engineered not to stretch, shred or break, and that the fiber slides between tight teeth without any wax coating. It names no polymer and does not mention PTFE or PFAS. Plackers ↗
