Why the top four grade 100

Four Aisle and Lunapads styles carry both Aisle's brand statement that its period underwear is PFAS-free and an independent Mamavation lab test that detected no fluorine in Aisle products. A published outside lab result is the strongest evidence in this category, which is why these four sit above every other tier.

Why Lola's one style grades 95

This product carries the same kind of brand claim as the top tier, plus a cotton material credit, but no independent lab result behind it. That gap is the entire five points separating it from the Aisle styles above.

Why nine more Aisle styles still grade 90
