What All-Clad says and does about PFAS
All-Clad says its nonstick cookware is PTFE coated and that those products contain PFAS chemicals, naming PTFE, PFA and FEP. That applies to its nonstick lines, not to cookware without a nonstick coating. In January 2025 the Star Tribune reported All-Clad among the cookware makers suing Minnesota over its ban on cookware with intentionally added PFAS, and a federal court later granted the state’s motion to dismiss that suit.
