What Bare Minerals says and does about PFAS
bareMinerals says on its UK help centre that it no longer produces any products containing intentionally added PFAS ingredients, including PTFE, citing US state law changes. Mamavation’s lab found 19 ppm organic fluorine, a screening marker for PFAS, in bareMinerals Lashtopia Mega Volume Mascara. A class action over PFAS in bareMinerals products, including its BarePro foundation, was voluntarily dismissed.
