What Charlotte Tilbury says and does about PFAS
Charlotte Tilbury’s own US product page for its Colour Chameleon eyeshadow pencil in Dark Pearl lists perfluorononyl dimethicone, a PFAS ingredient. In 2024 an EU consumer safety alert, notified by Luxembourg, reported a Charlotte Tilbury Dark Pearl eyeliner containing intentionally added perfluorononyl dimethicone and a withdrawal of that product from the market.
