Do Stanley lunch boxes have PFAS?
Stanley lunch boxes average 70 out of 100 on PFAS Authority's PFAS and toxin screen across the 5 Stanley lunch boxes graded as of October 2026, level with the 70 out of 100 median for the 43 other lunch boxes brands graded alongside it.

PFAS Authority is a scoring system, not a laboratory. We do not test products ourselves. Grades are model-based, built from published ingredients, materials, certifications, brand disclosures and third-party lab results where they exist. See the rubric.
What Stanley says and does about PFAS
Stanley 1913 says on its FAQ that FDA accredited third party labs validate its products against requirements including PFOS. That is a claim about one PFAS compound and not a range wide PFAS position, so we found no PFAS policy from Stanley beyond it. Stanley faced lead related class actions, which are not PFAS matters, and we found no PFAS lab test or PFAS lawsuit naming Stanley.
- Brand statementStanley 1913 says third party labs verify its products against strict guidelines including PFOS, a single PFAS compound, and it does not state a range wide PFAS position. Stanley 1913 FAQ (EU site) ↗
