What Circulon says and does about PFAS
Circulon’s nonstick is PTFE based. Its California disclosure for Circulon Premier Professional cookware says the product contains intentionally added PFAS for its nonstick properties, and Circulon’s Australian site says its coatings are PTFE nonstick made without PFOA. Ecology Center testing found PTFE on a Circulon Infinite skillet. Circulon is one of the brands of Meyer Corporation, a member of the cookware industry group whose challenge to Minnesota’s PFAS cookware ban was dismissed in 2025.
