What If You Care Parchment Baking Paper is made of, ingredients and materials
If You Care parchment paper is cellulose (wood pulp) coated with food-grade silicone, not the fluorocarbon (Teflon-type coating) coatings found in traditional non-stick parchment. Silicone provides heat resistance and non-stick properties without the thermal decomposition risk associated with Teflon-type coating at high temperatures.
