What S'well says and does about PFAS
S’well publishes nothing about PFAS. Its only materials and safety answer covers stainless steel, BPA and California Proposition 65 compliance, and a search of its own site returns product listings rather than any PFAS statement. Where it does name a gasket material it names silicone, on its glass bottle line. No Proposition 65 notice has been filed against the brand and we found no independent testing of its drinkware.
- Brand statementS’well says its products are made of 18/8 food-grade stainless steel that does not need a liner, that they are BPA-free, and that they comply with California Proposition 65 and FDA food contact rules. The answer does not mention PFAS or any coating chemistry. S’well ↗
- MaterialsOn its glass bottle line S’well names the lid gasket as silicone, which is not a fluorinated polymer. It does not state the gasket material for its insulated drinkware. S’well ↗
