Do LifeStraw filters remove PFAS?

What LifeStraw says and does about PFAS
LifeStraw is the weakest of the four filter brands we grade on the question that matters. It describes its PFOA and PFOS position as third party tested to the NSF P473 protocol rather than certified, and its own performance sheet labels that row by standard while labelling other rows NSF certified. The WQA certification LifeStraw holds under NSF/ANSI 53 covers lead, mercury, cadmium, copper, cysts and turbidity, and does not include PFAS. LifeStraw states it is not marketed as certified to the expanded 2022 PFAS updates.
